Response to high price photo touch ups.

I think it is ok to use photoshop on magazine covers.  The fashion world is about about looking the best and looking perfect so I see the use of photoshop as a sales tool.  Obviously there are negative impacts like people striving to look perfect because they might think the model on a magazine cover defines perfection.  At the same time, people need to remember what after camera edits have been made to the photographs.  I do think it is wrong if photoshoppers go overboard and completely falsify an image.

Henry Mercer

Henry Mercer seems like a wild guy.  He had a vampire killing kit in his collection of "things".  I think Mercer would be a pretty cool person to hangout with because he seems well rounded.  He attended law school and worked with tiles.  He was also an archeologist and artifact collector.  He

designed three poured concrete structures which include his house (the Fonthill), the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works, and the Mercer Museum.  Henry seemed like a smart enough guy to figure his way around town and show you a good time.  

Henry appeared to have a knack of finding interesting things and it seemed like he would always be up for an adventure.  He was always collecting items used in everyday life and antiquities.  I believe Mercer would be pretty spontaneous.
